Title/Project: Pin Art
Location: Cambridge Centre Transit Terminal
Media: CNC turned & welded Aluminum
Size: 3’ long x 8" wide x 7’ high

Pin Art invites the public to interact with their environment and communicate with each other through creative self-expression. It provides a rich, tactile experience at the transit terminal, activating conversation and creating a strong sense of place.

The metallic blue finish on the sculpture’s main body creates a strong sense of movement, bringing the sculpture’s flat surfaces to life.

At night, vivid yellow and green light (matching the Region's logo colours) emanates from within the sculpture, spilling out around the shiny silver pins and casting a vibrant glow onto their reflective surfaces.
